Leads delivery of medium- and large-scale AWS digital transformation programs, overseeing planning, execution, reporting, risk mitigation, quality, customer outcomes, and continuous improvement. Manages multi-functional teams of business analysts and engineers, develops product and service roadmaps, identifies business opportunities, resolves customer issues, and coaches, recruits, and develops staff. Requires strong program management, client service, agile delivery, business analysis, communication, and team leadership experience.

Designs, develops, tests, and deploys scalable full-stack web applications using Java, Spring, React, jQuery, and SQL. Builds secure, high-performance backend services and REST APIs, develops responsive front-end components, optimizes relational database queries, supports CI/CD and automated testing, participates in code reviews, and collaborates with product, data, and design teams. The role also includes mentoring junior developers and contributing to architecture and coding best practices.

Lead the architectural vision for cloud-based platform solutions, including scalable AWS infrastructure, integration flows, APIs, IAM governance, networking, observability, and CI/CD pipelines. Design secure, highly available platforms connecting RPA processes, enterprise applications, internal services, and downstream systems. Provide technical leadership, stakeholder management, architecture documentation, mentoring, and engineering best practices while supporting enterprise DevOps, platform engineering, and integration initiatives.
