Own the operational backbone of a scaling AI company by designing and adopting business processes, managing the SOC 2 compliance program, and overseeing vendor lifecycle activities. Lead change management, evidence collection, policy development, access reviews, audit readiness, and vendor risk assessments. Support operational finance and special projects, while driving AI adoption and building agentic internal workflows. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, IT, SecOps, Product, and Operations.

Lead and grow the Infrastructure team responsible for cloud infrastructure, DevOps/DevEx, security, and compliance. Drive operational excellence, scalability, reliability, SOC 2 readiness, and cross-functional collaboration. Hire, mentor, and coach engineers, define multi-quarter roadmaps, provide technical vendor-assessment expertise, and influence engineering best practices to deliver mission-critical B2B software at scale.

Own development of Quandri's commercial lines product from discovery through launch. Run customer research with brokers and agencies, define strategy and roadmap, prototype and validate solutions, lead cross-functional teams, drive go-to-market and early adoption, and measure outcomes to iterate quickly.
