Teams at Quandri

Lead design, implementation, and adoption of scalable operational processes and AI-native workflows. Manage change, first-pass contract and compliance reviews (including SOC 2), run cross-functional strategic projects, and drive AI adoption and automation to harden company operations.

Build and qualify a sales pipeline for insurance agencies and brokerages through outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn), cold calling, and event attendance. Convert qualified leads to sales-accepted opportunities, maintain HubSpot CRM, relay market feedback, and develop sales processes and materials while representing Quandri at industry events.

Lead end-to-end implementations of the Quandri platform for SMB to Enterprise customers: manage kickoff, discovery, configuration, testing, training, and handoff to Customer Success. Coordinate requirements with product and engineering, document scope-of-work and success metrics, track progress in CRM, manage scope/budget/schedule changes, and drive user adoption and change management while becoming an expert in insurance broker workflows and AMS integrations.
