Supports Vancouver office property and capital project teams through administrative coordination, project tracking, communications, operating procedures, lease review, purchase orders, invoice coding, accounts receivable and parking revenue tracking. Coordinates maintenance, construction bookings, environmental reporting, service contracts, procurement requests, project forecasts and executive presentations. Requires strong organization, communication, accounting knowledge, Microsoft Office and Yardi skills, plus at least one year of administrative experience.

Provides reception, administrative, accounting, tenant-service, records-management, purchasing, reporting, and office-support functions for a commercial property. Responsibilities include managing calls and visitors, coordinating deliveries and supplies, entering purchase orders and invoices in Yardi, supporting rent collection, maintaining tenant records, tracking property activity, assisting with safety administration, and supporting property management leadership.

Administers group benefits and retirement plans, handles enrollments, billing, contributions, leave management, and employee inquiries. Supports wellbeing communications, compensation and benefits cycles, compliance, reporting, cost analysis, plan renewals, and acquisition integrations. Builds analyses, identifies process improvements, and helps automate total rewards administration using Excel, HRIS tools, and AI technologies.

Ensures the stability, security, and efficient operation of cloud and on-premises infrastructure. Responsibilities include designing and deploying systems, managing Azure, AWS, and GCP environments, integrating servers and enterprise services, maintaining identity and networking platforms, conducting audits and disaster recovery procedures, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, coordinating vendors, documenting configurations, and supporting end users. The role also contributes to systems planning, governance, testing, optimization, and cloud-hybrid infrastructure strategy.
