Support leasing and resident relations at a multifamily property: conduct tours, process applications and leases in Yardi/Rent Cafe, manage move-ins/inspections, coordinate maintenance work orders, collect rent, organize resident events, and ensure regulatory and health & safety compliance.

Support the Community Manager with leasing, resident relations, and property administration. Manage showings, applications, lease execution, rent collection, work orders, inspections, resident communications and engagement events, using Yardi Voyager and RentCafe to record activity and maintain compliance with tenancy and safety regulations.
