Build and mentor senior engineering teams, partner with product and business stakeholders, and drive delivery, standards, and experimentation across DTC commerce capabilities.

Lead platform engineering for consumer web and mobile experiences, set technology vision and standards, own frontend architecture, component library, observability and performance, drive AI/LLM integration, govern vendor delivery, and grow a lean senior engineering team to deliver fast, accessible, and scalable DTC digital experiences.
