Lead end-to-end development of LLM and agentic AI systems for clinical applications: fine-tuning, domain adaptation, multimodal integration with imaging and structured data, rigorous evaluation and hallucination mitigation, production deployment with clinical validation, and cross-functional technical leadership to establish org-wide frameworks and standards.

The Staff Engineer will lead the design and modernization of backend services, ensuring API best practices, reliability, and security for patient communication platforms, alongside mentoring engineering teams.

Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat; provide product information; manage and nurture leads in the CRM; follow up to convert leads into sales; meet sales targets and quotas; collaborate with the sales team; protect patient privacy; and support other tasks as needed while working a rotating shift schedule in a hybrid Vancouver role.
