Responsible for sourcing and closing net-new enterprise customers, owning the full sales cycle, building pipeline through outbound prospecting, negotiating multimillion-dollar contracts ($3M-$5M), managing executive relationships, collaborating with Product and Engineering, and maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.

Lead frontline technical support for battery-powered industrial generators, resolving customer issues, coordinating service logistics, maintaining documentation, and improving service processes. Mentor technicians, collaborate with engineering and sales, and drive quality and safety in production and field service.

Manage day-to-day relationships for a portfolio of B2B customers to drive onboarding, product adoption, retention, and account growth. Monitor customer health, coordinate issue resolution, conduct regular check-ins, support pre- and post-sales activities, maintain CRM records, and improve customer success processes.

Serve as primary customer contact to support onboarding, adoption, retention and upsell. Monitor accounts, escalate and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams, provide basic performance insights, support pre- and post-sales activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of customer success processes.
