Own and build the revenue operations foundation for a new Home and Auto insurance business unit. Administer HubSpot, design CRM architecture and workflows, manage integrations and data governance, develop reporting and dashboards, support forecasting and planning, and improve customer lifecycle processes. The role partners across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to implement scalable systems, document processes, manage change, and improve adoption and performance.

Build full-stack features for an AI-powered insurance application using Python, React, Redux, PostgreSQL, and AWS. Integrate and deploy AI/ML models, develop data pipelines, design scalable cloud architectures, and create user experiences around intelligent functionality. Participate in architecture planning, code reviews, releases, cross-team collaboration, and engineering initiatives while researching new AI applications.
