Teams at Plotly

Designs and maintains automated and manual testing strategies, test suites, and test plans. Identifies and tracks defects, performs API, load, and performance testing, and contributes to feature development and bug fixes. Provides testing guidance, participates in code reviews and planning, supports release quality decisions, and promotes software quality across cross-functional teams.

Own relationships with enterprise customers, driving implementation, enablement, adoption, retention, and expansion of Plotly/Dash Enterprise. Advise technical and business stakeholders, provide coding and design guidance, monitor customer health and usage data, manage customer metrics, communicate product feedback, and connect customers with internal resources. The role is fully remote but requires travel for customer onsite visits.

Owns website copy, blog programming, social media content, marketing collateral, and SEO-focused site structure. Publishes and manages content through a CMS, coordinates editorial calendars, adapts existing design systems, creates templated visual assets, and partners with product, marketing operations, SEO, and front-end development teams. The role also supports email campaigns, webinars, web updates, and AI-assisted content refinement in a fully remote environment.
