As a Customer Success Manager, you will onboard accounting firms, drive client engagement with Plooto, manage accounts, and achieve growth targets.

Analyze and optimize payment-risk rules, thresholds, customer segments, and manual-review strategies. Use SQL, Python, experimentation, and decision-science techniques to reduce false positives, customer friction, operational workload, and payment losses. Investigate fraud patterns, build monitoring and reporting, evaluate risk changes, and provide practical recommendations while partnering with Risk Operations, Product, Engineering, and Data teams.

Partner with leaders to lead full-cycle hiring across technical and business functions, design structured interview experiences, coach hiring managers, build sourcing strategies, implement AI-native recruiting tools and workflows, and use data to improve hiring outcomes for a 6–9 month fixed-term engagement.

The Senior Accounting Manager will oversee financial reporting, audits, process optimization, and compliance in a fast-paced SaaS environment, while managing payroll and accounting across multiple entities.
