Design and build backend billing services in Go, including usage aggregation, estimates, alerts, invoicing, and external API integrations. Own complex features end to end, make architectural decisions, troubleshoot distributed systems, improve reliability and security, and protect payment data. Collaborate with Finance, Product, Support, and engineering teams while mentoring colleagues through reviews and technical guidance. The role requires strong relational database, integration, testing, security, and asynchronous communication experience.

Build and maintain Go backend services for billing, including usage tracking, estimates, alerts, invoicing, integrations, and migrations. Troubleshoot billing issues, protect sensitive customer and payment data, and collaborate with Finance, Product, Support, and global engineering teams. Write tested, documented code and contribute to reliable distributed systems.

Manage a high-volume renewal pipeline and reduce churn through proactive outreach, health scoring, retention workflows, and negotiation. Build scalable lifecycle and automation processes in Salesforce, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Data, and GTM teams to execute save strategies and improve retention.
