Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment across retail, supply chain, and manufacturing environments. Partner with hiring managers to define needs, develop sourcing strategies, screen and interview candidates, build pipelines, and provide recruitment guidance. Ensure compliance with employment standards, human rights legislation, collective agreements, and company policies. Maintain recruitment data in Workday and tracking systems while supporting process improvements and delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Develop and execute loyalty offer strategies across digital and omnichannel channels. Model commercial performance and redemptions, use customer insights and analytics to drive revenue, manage retail and CPG partnerships, lead go-to-market campaigns, and coordinate cross-functional delivery. The role also supervises a Loyalty Promotions Coordinator and presents campaign results to internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinates budgets, project costing, contracts, financial documentation, approvals, and reporting for retail construction and capital projects. Supports budget development, variance analysis, forecasting, progress draws, invoices, change orders, and compliance documentation. Maintains Procore and PeopleSoft Financials workflows, project coding, records, and approval paths. Provides administrative support to project managers, trains users, coordinates with contractors and consultants, supports business licensing, and prepares leadership reports.
