Conduct outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification for ecommerce brands through phone, email, LinkedIn, and creative outreach. Research accounts, identify decision-makers, qualify shipping and growth needs, book qualified meetings, support events, maintain Salesforce records, and generate pipeline against activity and meeting goals. Collaborate with account executives, marketing, revenue operations, partnerships, and logistics teams while developing sales skills through coaching and feedback.

Manage and enhance FP&A models, revenue and expense forecasting, quarterly forecast cycles, three-statement planning, management reporting, and product-margin analysis. Partner cross-functionally to define data requirements, validate inputs, and combine Salesforce, data lake, ERP, and finance-system data into scalable reporting. Translate financial and operational findings into recommendations, own monthly and quarterly FP&A processes, and help develop analyst support as the function scales.
