Support sourcing, evaluating, diligencing, and executing software acquisitions. Conduct outbound prospecting, build sell-side relationships, perform preliminary financial and business due diligence, manage a deal pipeline, research market trends, synthesize data into presentations, and drive opportunities through the full deal lifecycle while providing analytical and operational support across the team.

The Analyst will support due diligence activities, analyze financial data of acquisition targets, conduct market research, and assist the M&A team.

Provide commercial legal support for enterprise software transactions across portfolio companies. Draft, review, and negotiate software, SaaS, cloud, reseller, and services agreements; advise sales and business stakeholders on deal structure and risk; manage multiple negotiations and escalations; collaborate with cross-functional teams and external counsel as needed.

Provide corporate legal support for portfolio enterprise software companies, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating software licensing, SaaS, reseller and professional services agreements. Advise sales and business teams on contract structure and risk, manage multiple negotiations, and handle commercial disputes and escalations.

The M&A Associate will support the acquisition activities through research, evaluation, due diligence and execution of acquisitions, while managing a robust pipeline of transactions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
