Lead and manage systems engineering teams delivering rail and transit command, control, and communications systems. Oversee system-level engineering across design, integration, testing, commissioning, requirements, interface management, verification/validation, and systems assurance. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, authorities, suppliers, and operations to ensure operational readiness and long-term maintainability.

Lead multimodal transit and transportation planning studies for municipal, regional, and transit clients. Perform data collection, transit system performance and ridership analysis, mobility hub and BRT planning, evaluate alternatives, and produce technical reports. Define scopes, develop recommendations, support stakeholder and public engagement, and build client relationships while advising on emerging transit technologies and zero-emission fleet transitions.

Lead fisheries field and office work including inventories, habitat and impact assessments, permitting, mitigation design, and construction monitoring. Provide technical leadership, client and regulator liaison, prepare proposals and technical reports, manage small projects/tasks, and travel to field sites as required.
