Serves as senior product and compliance counsel for software and AI products, advising Product and Engineering on privacy, security, intellectual property, export controls, regulatory compliance, customer agreements, and commercial risk. Builds scalable legal review processes, supports incident response and audits, guides patent and invention programs, negotiates technology-related agreements, and translates complex legal requirements into practical product and operational guidance.

Owns Partner Marketing operations across Salesforce reporting, campaign data, MDF budgeting and reconciliation, partner portal administration, training content, and system integrations. The role maintains data accuracy, builds dashboards, tracks partner engagement and campaign performance, troubleshoots portal issues, manages partner access, and coordinates with Marketing, Sales, Finance, IT, and partners. It requires strong Salesforce, Excel, project management, data analysis, and partner portal experience.

Generates qualified sales pipeline through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted campaigns. Researches prospects, engages decision-makers, conducts discovery conversations, qualifies opportunities, and schedules meetings for Account Executives. Collaborates with Marketing and Channel Partners, supports events and webinars, maintains accurate Salesforce records, and consistently follows up to achieve activity, meeting, and pipeline targets.
