Teams at Pantheon Platform

Provide senior-level technical support across macOS, Windows, SaaS applications, identity and access, endpoint management, office technology, and conference-room systems. Own complex issues through resolution, support onboarding and offboarding, administer Jamf and Intune, troubleshoot Okta and authentication issues, improve ITSM workflows, maintain documentation and asset records, contribute to IT projects, and use automation and AI-assisted ticket triage to improve service quality.

Lead architecture and hands-on engineering of Pantheons data platform: extend ingest, curation, and retention services; build ML/LLM-ready data infrastructure; mentor engineers; operate in a DevOps model; ensure data governance, observability, reliability, and cross-functional partnership.

Build and maintain security automation, vulnerability management tooling, detection rules, CI/CD integrations, and supply chain security controls. Support application, cloud, identity, access, DLP, secrets, and data warehouse security programs. Partner with engineering teams on secure architecture and remediation, manage security policies, conduct access reviews, and contribute to security standards and mentorship.
