Teams at Outschool

Own products across Outschool’s consumer marketplace and Education Savings Account business. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, setting product strategy and roadmaps, managing the full product lifecycle, conducting customer research, defining metrics, designing experiments, analyzing results, and partnering with engineering, design, data, marketing, and operations to deliver impactful experiences for learners, families, and educators.

Develop and improve Outschool’s full-stack products using an AI-native development approach. Responsibilities include leading engineering initiatives, collaborating with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams, making technical tradeoffs, contributing to AI development practices, participating in agile ceremonies, deployments, and on-call rotations. Senior-level engineers may mentor teammates and influence technical direction.

Lead and grow a multi-site infrastructure and platform engineering team (5–10 engineers). Own infrastructure architecture, platformization, DevX, automation, security hardening, and AI enablement. Partner cross-functionally and with senior leadership to set strategy, roadmaps, and deliverables while remaining hands-on in development and mentoring engineers.
