Teams at OSI Maritime Systems

Leads the strategic roadmap, product requirements, market analysis, customer engagement, and commercialization of autonomous maritime systems. Supports business development, sales strategy, presentations, demonstrations, and marketing communications while serving as the subject matter expert for autonomous products. The role focuses on military and government customers, competitive positioning, opportunity prioritization, and revenue growth for uncrewed surface and underwater vessel capabilities.

Coordinates moderately complex systems delivery projects throughout their lifecycle, managing schedules, resources, risks, budgets, customer communications, invoices, reporting, and project teams. Leads customer meetings, resolves project issues, supports resource planning, and ensures delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. The role also supervises project coordinators and administrators, contributes to hiring and procedures, and supports PMO growth.

Leads multidisciplinary maritime systems projects as the primary customer and company interface. Accountable for project scope, schedule, budget, financial performance, quality, risks, subcontractors, reporting, and customer satisfaction. Coordinates closely with engineering and project accounting teams, contributes to major bids, directs recovery plans, and mentors project professionals while ensuring delivery of complex projects exceeding $30 million.
