Manages daily office operations, workplace services, facilities coordination, executive support, onboarding, meetings, events, vendors, invoices, and administrative processes. Provides calendar, travel, and meeting support to senior leaders; coordinates office logistics, employee engagement activities, and business team needs. Maintains records, access processes, supplies, and workplace procedures while identifying process improvements, automation opportunities, cost savings, and operational efficiencies.

Provides technical support for production radiology systems, responding to time-sensitive customer incidents, troubleshooting Windows, networking, hardware, storage, and database issues, documenting cases, managing a 20–30 ticket backlog, and coordinating with internal technical and business teams. The role is remote within Canada, requires weekday shifts and an on-call rotation, and supports systems that may affect patient care.

Provide time-sensitive technical support for production radiology systems affecting patient care. Troubleshoot Windows, network, hardware, storage, database, RIS, and PACS issues; document incidents, collect logs, manage a 20–30-case ticket backlog, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer problems. The role requires customer service, scheduled shifts, and participation in an on-call rotation.
