Support sales and business development by researching target accounts and decision-makers, maintaining CRM and pipeline data, qualifying leads, preparing account briefings, assisting outbound prospecting and events, and supporting proposal and campaign activities while learning Microsoft ecosystem and AI/cloud transformation.
