Maintains and prepares vehicle inventory for auction, reconditioning, and transportation. Duties include operating and staging vehicles, completing inventory scans, recording services, photographing vehicles, assisting customers with vehicle retrieval, and performing snow and ice removal. The role requires safe vehicle operation in varied weather, outdoor work, basic computer and smartphone skills, customer service, and a valid Class 5 driver’s license.

Coordinate commercial vehicle sales and inventory across 14 Canadian VLCs: set lineups, generate agreements, manage data entry and systems, communicate with customers and VLC contacts, resolve issues, process payments and EFTs, produce reports, authorize repairs, and support/backup other account reps.

Lead regional sales strategy and execution across British Columbia to restore volume and market share. Manage, coach, and hold accountable a 30-person sales organization, drive winback initiatives, optimize pricing and sales operations, leverage CRM and analytics, and maintain a strong in-market presence with extensive travel (~80%).
