Outside sales role responsible for prospecting and winning new clients within an assigned territory, presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, hitting sales targets, and building relationships with real estate and property management stakeholders. Attend industry events and ensure customer satisfaction.

Provide administrative support to Account Managers and Business Development: set up and update customer accounts in OSC, perform data entry, prepare quotes and proposal letters, process quote approvals and renewals, take inquiry calls, coordinate with Scheduling and Service Teams, and support ongoing training and company culture initiatives.

Lead on-site installation, commissioning, inspection, troubleshooting and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems; read blueprints, assign and mentor crews, manage schedules, materials, client liaison, safety, and reporting for a multi-year residential project.

Install, service, inspect, troubleshoot and repair fire protection sprinkler and special hazard systems (wet, dry, pre-action), fire pumps, hydrants and backflow preventers. Read blueprints, prepare material takeoffs, assign and train crews, liaise with clients and supervisors, complete daily reports, ensure safety compliance, and participate in on-call/overtime rotations.

Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, build and maintain relationships, negotiate contracts, manage renewals and proposals, ensure timely delivery of services, collaborate with operations to resolve client issues, track pipeline and report progress, attend client meetings and industry events, and perform administrative coordination as needed.

Coordinate schedules between field technicians and clients, confirm and assign technicians with required certifications, liaise with warehouse and contractors, provide technicians with documentation, manage rescheduling and collaborate with account managers and service teams to meet customer needs and departmental metrics.

Install, service, repair, commission, inspect and troubleshoot fire protection sprinkler systems (new construction and tenant improvements). Read blueprints, prepare material/labor takeoffs, assign and mentor crew, liaise with clients, complete daily reports, ensure safety and material preparation, and participate in on-call/overtime rotations.

Manage weekly work orders and technician schedules, assign service calls, arrange sick coverage, review time logs and critical jobs, liaise with teams/customers, perform customer satisfaction calls, and ensure adherence to company values and safety protocols.
