Serve as the primary functional expert for o9 supply chain planning implementations: ensure platform usability and uptime, configure post‑go‑live enhancements, validate data and end‑to‑end workflows, resolve issues, create and run test cases, train global super/end users, and liaise with development to improve product and processes based on customer feedback.
