Lead end-to-end UX design for scalable online learning products. Responsibilities include problem exploration, user research, usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity design, production asset creation, stakeholder alignment, and collaboration with product and engineering teams. The role also contributes to product strategy, roadmap discussions, design systems, accessibility, responsive experiences, and AI-powered feature design.

Lead UX design for scalable online learning products, owning major initiatives from problem exploration through implementation. Partner with product managers and engineers to define scope, develop user-centered solutions, produce production-ready designs, conduct user research and usability testing, resolve stakeholder challenges, and contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions. Maintain design-system consistency, accessibility, responsive experiences, and high-quality visual execution.
