The role requires strong financial judgment, data management, document review, organization, communication, and deadline management, with 2–5 years of financial-services experience preferred.

The Underwriting Manager leads a team of underwriters, customizing solutions for commercial clients, managing relationships with brokers, and ensuring high-quality underwriting processes. Responsibilities include sales, negotiation, coaching, and oversight of operational leadership.
