Develop high-performance C/C++ SDK software for Nokia’s coherent DSP ASICs and optical networking products on Linux. Collaborate with ASIC, firmware, hardware, and architecture teams across pre-silicon development and post-silicon validation. Build APIs, frameworks, and automation solutions while addressing hardware-software integration, performance, testing, debugging, and system quality challenges.

Manages the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including drafting, review, negotiation, execution, amendments, renewals, compliance, and closeout. Partners with sales, legal, finance, procurement, delivery, and operational teams to mitigate contractual and commercial risks, support bids, monitor obligations, maintain contract records, and improve governance processes. Uses CLM systems and AI-assisted tools to manage workflows, approvals, reporting, and contract analysis.

Oversee the full lifecycle of commercial, customer, supplier, and partner contracts. Draft, review, negotiate, administer, and monitor agreements while ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and supporting business objectives. Manage obligations, milestones, renewals, amendments, records, reporting, and governance through CLM systems. Provide commercial guidance during bids and sales activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain stakeholder relationships to support contract execution and issue resolution.
