Teams at Next Level Games

Support and improve in-house game content creation tools; develop desktop tooling using WPF/WinForms and C#/C++/Python; collaborate with users, iterate on solutions, and prioritize usability to enable game teams.

The Tech Producer will support technical development teams, facilitate collaboration, ensure project alignment, oversee production plans, and drive momentum to complete game features effectively.

Design and iterate gameplay moments, levels, and core features in collaboration with directors, engineers, and artists. Champion project design direction, present ideas across disciplines, script gameplay encounters, and contribute to tool and process improvements from conception through shipping.
