Teams at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise

Manage day-to-day Vancouver office operations, including facilities, suppliers, health and safety, security, IT support, events, finances, payroll, reconciliations, budgeting, reporting, and audits. Provide confidential consular assistance to New Zealanders in Canada, support emergency responses and official visits, and coordinate with government and regional teams.

Partners with North American sector teams, Trade Commissioners, Business Development Managers, and exporters to develop and deliver marketing and communications initiatives. Leads events, trade missions, conference activations, campaigns, content, and collateral while connecting teams with specialist expertise. Builds trusted relationships, aligns marketing activity with commercial priorities, manages projects, and supports regional media, social media, and brand responsibilities. Regular travel across North America is required.
