Lead show-based character asset creation for a feature film, overseeing Modeling, Rigging, Surfacing, and CFX. Define artistic and technical approaches, translate 2D designs into production-ready 3D, ensure rigs and assets meet technical and animation requirements, collaborate with creative and pipeline teams, manage schedules and bids, and mentor supervisors and artists to deliver high-quality character assets on time.

Oversee all CG aspects of a feature animation project: partner with director and technical leads, define workflows, review departmental CG work, solve technical/creative issues, and ensure on‑schedule, high‑quality delivery.

Provide technical leadership for lighting, rendering, compositing, and final output pipelines on an animated feature. Troubleshoot, optimize, and develop tools and workflows, mentor TDs, manage estimates/schedules, coordinate cross‑departmental fixes, and communicate technical status and documentation to artists, supervisors, and program managers.
