Supervise character effects for a feature film, leading hair, fur, cloth, garment, and secondary-motion simulations. Collaborate across art, animation, rigging, modeling, lighting, FX, and technical teams to translate creative direction into robust CFX workflows. Lead reviews, develop complex assets and shots, refine tools and presets, advise production on complexity and progress, and mentor CFX artists while maintaining quality, performance, and technical standards.

Leads the matte painting team for an animated feature, overseeing digital environments, set extensions, skies, and environment projections. Collaborates with VFX, art, production, lighting, compositing, and pipeline leadership to establish visual standards and workflows. Provides creative and technical feedback, creates complex hero work, manages schedules and priorities, supports artist development and recruitment, and documents DMP processes and technology.
