Representatives work toward performance targets, earn uncapped instant commissions, and use flexible full-time or part-time schedules. The role requires enthusiasm for financial technology, strong motivation to sell, and travel to various events throughout Vancouver.

Act as Neo Financial’s face in Greater Vancouver retail locations, acquire customers by signing them up for Neo products (credit card, money account), meet performance targets, travel to event locations across the city, and pass required security and credit checks. Compensation includes base pay plus uncapped instant commission.
