Lead and support quality assurance for ATS Learning by designing tools and training, participating in training reviews and validations, analyzing safety and audit findings, preparing corrective action plans, facilitating safety and risk management, and supporting curriculum design and implementation across theory, simulation, systems, and qualification programs.

Manage the safe, efficient flow of air traffic in the Vancouver Flight Information Region as an Area (IFR) or Tower (VFR) Controller. Complete paid classroom, simulator, specialty and on‑the‑job training; undergo cognitive testing, interviews and assessment centre. Roles require strong verbal communication, memorization, decision‑making, teamwork and resilience. Candidates must relocate within the Vancouver FIR and meet medical, security and drug‑screening requirements.
