Provides generalist HR support across retail locations and head office, including employee relations, HR administration, documentation, recruitment coordination, onboarding, leave and accommodation processes, reporting, benefits administration, and manager guidance. The role supports leaders through organizational change, maintains confidential employee records, coordinates payroll-related updates, and identifies workflow improvements. This is a full-time, in-person six-month contract in Surrey, BC, requiring travel to company locations as needed.

Leads multi-site Bistro operations across British Columbia, ensuring consistent food quality, safety, customer experience, labor productivity, inventory control, waste reduction, training, SOP execution, and financial performance. Coaches store and Bistro leaders, conducts audits and business reviews, supports new store openings, develops labor models, manages continuous improvement initiatives, and serves as the organization’s operational food safety resource. Regular travel is required to support stores, training, inspections, and operational projects.
