Coordinates protocol activities for Musqueam Chief and Council, Administration officials, and spokespeople. Responsibilities include managing invitations, bookings, confirmations, itineraries, travel arrangements, briefing materials, contact logs, correspondence, and event attendance. The role also supports document control and timely responses to protocol inquiries while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and strong internal and external communications.

Build and maintain media relationships for Musqueam Indian Band. Serve as the primary media contact, prepare press materials and spokesperson briefings, coordinate interviews and media events, monitor coverage and sentiment, support crisis communications, and develop proactive strategies that strengthen organizational reputation and public awareness.

Coordinates the Musqueam Guardian Program’s environmental stewardship fieldwork, including scheduling, training, equipment procurement and maintenance, safety needs, workplans, reporting, records management, communications, and community engagement. The role supports environmental initiatives across Musqueam’s Traditional Territory, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, prepares briefing materials, and participates in cross-departmental projects and meetings.
