Own operational execution for complex AI data projects by creating operating plans, staffing and capacity models, workflows, schedules, quality standards, and milestones. Build and manage delivery teams, coordinate contractors and external partners, monitor progress, quality, costs, and risks, resolve blockers, and develop repeatable processes, tools, training, reporting, and operating routines that support scalable delivery.

Own and build financial infrastructure for a scaling, multi-jurisdiction startup. Responsibilities include multi-entity monthly and quarterly close, GAAP-compliant consolidation, technical accounting, board and investor reporting, external accounting provider coordination, QBO administration, internal controls, cash-flow forecasting, and liquidity management.
