Lead engineering execution and manage a senior team developing Thunderbolt, an open-source enterprise AI product. Establish scalable planning, code review, testing, release, documentation, and quality practices while contributing code and reviewing technical work. Partner with product and technical leadership to translate AI strategy into delivery plans, improve reliability and enterprise readiness, support customer-controlled architectures, and grow the engineering organization through hiring, coaching, and resource planning.

Define and execute Firefox Desktop search strategy across Windows, macOS, and Linux. Own search roadmaps, experimentation, engagement and revenue metrics, AI-powered search experiences, partner commitments, and cross-functional delivery. Balance user experience, privacy, technical constraints, and business outcomes while collaborating with Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, and Business Development.

Develop and optimize Firefox across platforms by writing code and tests, profiling bottlenecks, improving performance-critical systems, and shaping benchmarks and team strategy. The role uses C++ and JavaScript primarily, with Kotlin, Rust, and Python, while collaborating across engineering teams, mentoring developers, and driving performance initiatives from high-level objectives to completion.
