Define requirements, measure performance, and drive adoption across product lines.

Develop, test, and maintain embedded firmware for video security products using multi-threaded C++ and Linux. Implement modules, assist with device drivers, debug performance issues, maintain build systems (Make/CMake/Python), participate in code reviews, document designs and tests, and collaborate with QA and cross-functional teams.

Design and build scalable automated test frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD, perform load/performance/API stress testing, leverage AI-assisted testing, improve testability and observability, mentor teams, and champion quality within Agile teams.
