Leads Core Infrastructure and Operations Engineering across SRE, operations, data and AI platforms, and database engineering. Owns the cloud platform and infrastructure-as-a-product strategy, drives reliability, scalability, governance, and operational excellence, and manages managers and distributed engineering teams. Partners with executives and cross-functional leaders on platform roadmaps, incidents, cost optimization, AI governance, and high-impact infrastructure initiatives.

Build and operate scalable backend services and Kafka/Flink stream-processing pipelines for IoT telemetry from hundreds of thousands of devices. Develop APIs, geofencing, alerting, trip construction, and asset-location systems while collaborating with embedded and IoT teams. Improve observability, reliability, code quality, and AWS infrastructure. The role also involves mentoring engineers and using AI coding tools.

Lead Motive’s Workforce Management product suite and product management team. Responsibilities include defining product strategy and requirements, researching customer and market opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional and go-to-market teams, developing growth strategies, building a high-performing product organization, and analyzing product launch performance to drive adoption and exceptional user experiences.
