The role involves building and maintaining secure multi-cloud infrastructure for communication between systems, incorporating networking and distributed systems expertise. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams for service connectivity and participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Design, create, and maintain internal technical training modules and hands-on workshops for Technical Services. Identify training needs, build curriculum and policies, engage subject-matter experts, measure training effectiveness with KPIs, and improve content tooling and delivery across a globally distributed team.

Lead the Pipeline team to own strategy, execution, and operations for MongoDB’s end-to-end software delivery platform. Drive reliability, scalability, security, CI/CD and release systems, developer experience, telemetry, and organizational growth while partnering cross-functionally and serving as a senior escalation point.
