Leads supply chain planning, inventory, logistics, shipping and receiving, purchasing support, and material flow across Canada and Latin America. Oversees demand and supply planning, international freight and customs, inventory controls, supplier coordination, and operational risk mitigation. Manages a multidisciplinary team, develops scalable processes, supports manufacturing and customer deployments, and drives continuous improvement in cost, reliability, accuracy, and service levels.

Manage the CEO’s calendar, email, communications, board coordination, travel, and executive meeting logistics. Support the Executive Leadership Team with administrative tasks, organize company-wide meetings and events, coordinate media interviews, and manage confidential non-disclosure records. Oversee office supplies, facilities coordination, and workplace culture initiatives while maintaining strong relationships with executives, board members, and employees.

Leads global People strategy, operations, culture, talent, organizational development, total rewards, employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning. Partners with executives to align organizational capabilities with business priorities, oversees employee experience and scalable HR practices, manages the People team and vendors, and drives continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.
