Characterize, analyze, and debug high-speed SERDES designs (up to 32Gbps NRZ / 128Gbps PAM4). Develop automated test scripts and firmware, design test PCBs, run lab measurements with spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, BERTs and VNAs, author characterization plans and technical reports, and collaborate with mixed-signal designers to optimize electrical performance across PVT corners.

Lead HW/FW co-verification for SoC development using hardware emulators and large-scale FPGA platforms. Manage cross-location teams, build common test ecosystems, track tasks in Jira, troubleshoot embedded multi-core systems, use test/defect tools, present technical findings, and support pre/post-silicon validation and debug.

The role involves defining Mixed-Signal IP requirements, managing integration processes, supporting debug for analog circuits, and designing CMOS integrated circuits.
