Lead in-store sales and service, coach staff on selling behaviors and customer experience, oversee front-end operations (POS/self-checkout), manage programs (loyalty, parties, Knit & Sew/Cut Bar, custom framing), ensure SOP and asset protection, provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, drive BOPIS/Same Day Delivery fulfillment, and train and develop team members to achieve sales and service KPIs.

Lead and coach a team of framers to deliver custom framing solutions and drive sales. Manage SOP compliance, inventory, shrink, safety, workload planning, KPIs, hiring, onboarding, training, and customer service. Serve as Manager on Duty and support omnichannel and truck unload/stocking processes.

Lead store selling culture and front-end/service operations to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Coach teams, provide MOD coverage, manage POS/self-checkout, BOPIS, party and framing operations, promote loyalty and protection plans, and enforce asset protection and company standards.
