Operate and improve an in-house AAV vector core: run weekly AAV production from cell culture through purification, perform QC assays (titer, purity, genome integrity), maintain ELN lot records and inventories, follow and update SOPs, troubleshoot production issues, and coordinate handoffs with program teams to ensure consistent, high-quality vectors.

As the first full-time IT hire, you will manage identity, endpoints, and networks, overseeing onboarding, SaaS tools, and infrastructure maintenance.

The Protein Immunoengineering Scientist will develop in vitro systems for understanding protein immunogenicity, scale immune characterization assays, and collaborate on reducing protein immunogenicity.
