Evolve the product from MVP to enterprise scale while balancing strategy, delivery, and customer value.

The Director of Engineering will lead the strategy and execution of infrastructure and release engineering, managing teams and ensuring product scalability and operational excellence while partnering with various departments for customer success.

The Head of Product Support will lead the Product Support organization, define support strategies, build scalable systems, elevate customer experience, and ensure technical knowledge within the team.
