Audits engagement letters for policy, regulatory, and client compliance; manages outside counsel guidelines and related documentation in Intapp; tracks approvals, renewals, findings, and remediation; prepares reports and dashboards; supports process improvements; maintains policies and procedures; and trains lawyers, legal assistants, and business professionals. The role requires collaboration across national firm stakeholders and bilingual English-French communication.

Leads business and technology initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation. Manages projects, process improvement, digital transformation, platform development, automation, stakeholder engagement, training, change management, governance, risk tracking, and adoption measurement. Supports applications including ServiceNow, Salesforce, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Kontent.ai while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency through AI and emerging technologies.

Provides firm-wide document production and support, including creating, formatting, proofreading, scanning, transcription, version comparison, indexing, mail merges, and presentation editing. Manages document-support requests, prioritizes workloads, tracks issues, resolves escalations, and maintains knowledge resources. The role requires advanced Microsoft Office skills, strong proofreading and problem-solving abilities, independent judgment, fast typing, and English-French bilingualism. All shifts are fully remote, with weekday evening and weekend overnight options.
