The Senior Engineer will lead large-scale projects, mentor junior engineers, improve codebases, and drive technical excellence within the team while collaborating across departments.

Lead delivery of large-scale product features, drive architecture and technical problem-solving across frontend and backend, mentor junior engineers, uphold engineering best practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and improve system reliability and scalability.

Partnering directly with senior leadership, own growth metrics, operating cadence, OKRs, and funnel analytics for PLG and Creator products. Build dashboards and models, run recurring reviews, recommend CRO tests, translate data into executive narratives, and lead cross-functional initiatives to drive acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and expansion.
