Senior Privacy Counsel will advise on global cybersecurity incidents, breach notifications, emerging privacy and data regulations, AI-related compliance, vendor risk, privacy-by-design, audits, and governance. The role partners with security, product, engineering, and senior leadership teams while developing legal guidance, policies, and playbooks. Candidates need BC bar admission, 5+ years of relevant legal experience, privacy and cybersecurity expertise, knowledge of major privacy regimes, technical fluency, strong communication skills, and ideally IAPP certifications.

Lead identity and access security across a global portfolio, including authentication, authorization, non-human identities, PAM, JIT access, and Cloudflare ZTNA. Design Okta policies, integrate endpoint and SaaS security signals, manage identity governance and compliance, and automate security workflows using infrastructure-as-code, scripting, and AI tooling. Influence cross-functional teams, modernize access controls, and drive complex security initiatives to completion.

Build and improve enterprise data products across Match Group brands. Responsibilities include developing reliable ETL pipelines, data models, lakehouse solutions, and scalable data infrastructure; supporting on-premises systems and cloud expansion; translating stakeholder needs into deliverables; defining metrics and data views; maintaining data documentation; training analysts; and advocating for data quality, privacy, performance, and platform improvements.
