Senior Privacy Counsel will advise on global cybersecurity incidents, breach notifications, emerging privacy and data regulations, AI-related compliance, vendor risk, privacy-by-design, audits, and governance. The role partners with security, product, engineering, and senior leadership teams while developing legal guidance, policies, and playbooks. Candidates need BC bar admission, 5+ years of relevant legal experience, privacy and cybersecurity expertise, knowledge of major privacy regimes, technical fluency, strong communication skills, and ideally IAPP certifications.

Lead identity and access security across a global portfolio, including authentication, authorization, non-human identities, PAM, JIT access, and Cloudflare ZTNA. Design Okta policies, integrate endpoint and SaaS security signals, manage identity governance and compliance, and automate security workflows using infrastructure-as-code, scripting, and AI tooling. Influence cross-functional teams, modernize access controls, and drive complex security initiatives to completion.

Build and improve enterprise data products across Match Group brands. Responsibilities include developing reliable ETL pipelines, data models, lakehouse solutions, and scalable data infrastructure; supporting on-premises systems and cloud expansion; translating stakeholder needs into deliverables; defining metrics and data views; maintaining data documentation; training analysts; and advocating for data quality, privacy, performance, and platform improvements.

Build and maintain internal HR-focused tools, dashboards, portals, web applications, reports, integrations, and workflow solutions. Use AI-assisted development tools, administer Databricks, support cloud and database integrations, document solutions, troubleshoot deployed tools, and coach non-technical stakeholders on AI-enabled workflows. Collaborate with product engineering to deliver secure, maintainable software in a hybrid internship with potential full-time conversion.

Leads end-to-end investigations of phishing, malware, insider threats, and other complex incidents across on-premises and cloud environments. Responsibilities include alert triage, malware analysis, host and network forensics, cloud incident investigation, containment, eradication, recovery, detection engineering, playbook development, escalation support, mentoring, and incident reporting.

Own the vision, strategy, and execution of Match Group’s Signals Platform, standardizing behavioral, identity, trust, safety, and enforcement data across global brands. Partner with engineering, data science, compliance, operations, and product teams to build APIs, data products, governance frameworks, and adoption models. Define metrics, prioritize investments, improve fraud and abuse detection, evaluate AI and ML opportunities, and drive scalable platform adoption and measurable business outcomes.
