The Senior Software Engineer will enhance IBM ODM Rule solutions, focusing on fraud rule engines, large-scale migrations, and platform modernization while ensuring high availability and low latency solutions.

Build and deploy production-grade AI and machine learning systems, including agentic applications, internal developer tooling, orchestration, APIs, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and scalable deployment pipelines. Partner with data scientists to productionize proofs of concept, tune and validate models, monitor performance, manage versioning, and ensure reliable, ethical, and scalable operations.

Develop and operate large-scale distributed payment systems using reactive architectures. Responsibilities include coding, testing, deployment, automation, troubleshooting, service integration, architectural contribution, Agile collaboration, secure coding, and documentation. The role also involves reviewing team work, mentoring engineers, improving processes, and contributing to technology standards. Candidates should have strong object-oriented programming skills, preferably in Java, plus experience with CI/CD, Kafka, Flink, cloud development, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
