Designs and implements scalable Java applications for Mastercard’s real-time Decision Management platform. Responsibilities include unit, integration, and functional testing; incident leadership and post-mortems; Scrum participation; stakeholder collaboration; troubleshooting; and mentoring team members. The role focuses on secure, maintainable, high-performance applications supporting fraud prevention and intelligent transaction decisions.

Analyzes Account Status Inquiry usage, transaction trends, customer behavior, and regional adoption to identify growth opportunities and product improvements. Builds KPI reporting, translates data into product requirements and business cases, supports customer and sales inquiries, and collaborates on launches, reporting, documentation, operational readiness, and customer enablement.

Owns product management and execution for Mastercard’s Attribute Verification suite, including Address Verification Service, CVC2, and Age Verification. Defines requirements, prioritizes backlogs, develops KPI dashboards, analyzes customer and market data, identifies regional growth opportunities, and coordinates with technical, regional, and customer-facing stakeholders. The role supports product modernization, customer value propositions, fraud prevention, regulatory needs, and revenue growth across global markets.
