Develops and manages return-to-work rehabilitation strategies for disability plan members. The role coordinates with members, sponsors, treatment providers, case managers, and internal specialists; manages vendors and treatment budgets; handles administrative communications; and supports clients through complex rehabilitation challenges with compassion and sound judgment.

As a Bilingual Functional Rehabilitation Specialist, you will develop rehabilitation plans, manage vendors, and communicate with clients and providers to facilitate return to work solutions.
