Lead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 F&O and CE implementations: manage client relationships, scope, schedule, resources, vendor integration, risk, and executive communication to ensure on-time, on-budget, data-driven outcomes.

Lead architecture, design, presales and delivery of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions; define solution architecture, support functional/technical architects, facilitate workshops, qualify opportunities, promote OCM best practices, and collaborate to bring Business Applications capabilities to market.

Serve as a Dynamics 365 presales architect: qualify opportunities, design Microsoft-based solutions, create proposals and SOWs, build custom demos/POCs, facilitate workshops, support account planning and campaigns, and guide complex sales to closure.

Design, architect, and implement Dynamics 365 F&O solutions; analyze complex requirements; collaborate with sales, delivery, and stakeholders; create design and implementation documentation; lead workshops; develop integrations and Power Platform/Dataverse solutions; ensure solutions align with best practices and transition to operations.
